We offer an assurance for all our Zoanthid corals up to a period of 7 days. In the unfortunate event that a Zoanthid coral arrives in a non-living state, the refunded value equivalent to the perished coral will be issued as store credit, applicable for your next purchase. Please note, shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
In such instances, you must reach out to us promptly by email, supplying detailed photographs of the deceased coral within sixty minutes of the package’s delivery. Absence at the time of the initial delivery attempt, which requires your signature, renders this guarantee null and void.
Unfortunately, we do not extend the DOA guarantee to SPS corals. Any purchases involving SPS corals are undertaken at the customer’s own risk. Please note that we monitor the weather conditions ahead of time and hold the discretion to postpone orders to avoid shipping in extreme temperature conditions.
