Introducing our stunning Encrusting Montipora, known for its unique blood red body and blue polyps. Half of the polyps are blue and half are white, making this coral incredibly interesting and eye-catching. It’s also known as the Reverse Superman Montipora.
This hardy coral is easy to care for and suitable for beginner hobbyists. It has an encrusting growth habit and tolerates a wide range of light conditions, but it will show its best coloration in medium to low light (200 PAR or less). In intense light, the red may appear a bit washed out.
The Encrusting Montipora requires moderate to high water flow to thrive. Its care level is moderate, similar to other encrusting montiporas. It is not necessary to feed this coral.
